These terms apply to the use of this Broward furniture assembly companion website operated by Dr. Handyman Service.
Estimates and scheduling
Information on this site is general and is not a quote. Pricing depends on the items, quantity, complexity and any anchoring or mounting involved. An appointment exists only once our central Reception and Dispatcher confirms it. If the Assistant cannot complete a request, no booking has been made.
Scope of work
Work is limited to what is agreed before the visit. Missing or damaged manufacturer parts must be supplied by the manufacturer or retailer. We may decline work that is unsafe, non-compliant with building rules, or outside our trade.
Property and access
You are responsible for providing access to the property and for any building, HOA or condo requirements such as elevator reservations or insurance certificates. Please clear the work area before the technician arrives where possible.
